About Expatcar

           Less than ten years ago, Expatcar operated from one section belonging to the 

International Department of the Beijing Jeep Corporation, Ltd. (a joint venture of Daimler

Chrysler). In 1998, Expatcar began offering car sales and car service to the expat

community. Still, during our early years, many expats who lived in Beijing bought Jeep

Cherokees due mostly to their availability, along with their advantages of safety, room,

reliability, and off-road capability. Language barriers and availability of good car service

was limited, yet Expatcar had a vision: how to serve Beijing’s growing expat community

with top-quality cars as well as top-quality service. Today, this vision has become a

reality. The availability and variety of new and used cars of a wide variety has broadened

our offerings to the expat community in Beijing. As well, our sales and servicing for

English speakers combines with our excellent sales and service to give our expats top

benefits! Our motto, “Offer quality cars with quality service!” was first envisioned by our

sales and marketing director, also an expat living in Beijing. Thus, Expatcar has now

expanded to include not only sales and service to those desiring to purchase Jeep

Cherokees, but top-quality sales and service for many other cars sold in China.

          Our mission in the following years is to not only continue to improve our car sales

and service, but also to assist with car insurance, procuring driver’s licenses, and

assisting our expat customers in any way we can to make life in Beijing more enjoyable!

With more choices offered by automobile manufactures in China, expats will also be able

to buy from a greater variety of models. We plan to do this by cooperating with various car

dealers to work as one team toward the satisfaction of our expat community which we

serve.

          In past years, Expatcar has progressed to being one of the most comprehensive car

service companies serving the expat community in Beijing. Our business offers a wide

variety of car sales, premium car service, reliable roadside assistance, car insurance,

assistance with driver’s licensing, and much more. Expat’s Car Garages offer specific

service for different models of cars, and are located around Beijing. Our roadside

emergency services offer a 24-hour service, 7 days-a-week assistance. Opening soon is

our “English Call Center” to support our English speakers.

     Our goal is to provide comprehensive car-related services to fulfill the ever-

increasing needs of our expat community, and we plan to “Offer quality cars with quality

service” today and tomorrow.
